Stress

Stress is a stimulus that encourages muscle action. It accompanies the life of each of us and in particular in its most important moments. 

The problem arises when stress is prolonged over time and with few moments of recovery... Do you feel like you always have the 'ON' button on?  Or do you feel like you're losing control, being unable to function and feeling helpless?

There are at least 60 signs of stress.  Each body is different and each one produces different signals, on a physical, psychic or behavioral level.  Until you are able to understand and listen to messages, noises will increase exponentially with the risk of getting to burnout.

 

Symptoms and signs of stress, exhaustion or burnout:

- Physical ailments: chronic fatigue, headache, insomnia, muscle aches, dizziness, gastrointestinal disorders, ...

- Mental disorders: decreased memory, constant worries, problems of concentration, sense of restlessness, sense of sadness,...

- Changes in emotions: irritability, anxiety, aggression, insecurity, cynicism,...

- Changes in behavior: unhealthy lifestyle, social isolation, conflicts, work performance below your level, inability to relax, difficulty confiding in someone,...
